Hailed as the 'Russian Tenor of the 21st Century', Nikolay Baskov's musical talents were evident at an early age. He graduated music school at the age of 11 and later studied at some of the most prestigious musical academies in Russia. A gifted performer, Nikolay sings in multiple languages including Italian, English, and, of course, his native tongue. By 2000 at the age of 23, he released his first album and has been captivating audiences ever since. His Public TV special Nikolay Baskov: In Concert, which premiered nationally in 2004, demonstrates his range as an artist, featuring a diverse selection of classical pieces, contemporary favorites, and traditional Russian folk songs.
